What this site is

What this site is not
The questionnaire is a screening tool. It is not a diagnosis and not a substitute for a clinician. Only a qualified clinician can evaluate tinnitus. See a doctor promptly if your tinnitus is in one ear only, pulses with your heartbeat, came with sudden hearing loss, or came with dizziness, weakness, or numbness. For an emergency, call 911.
Using the site
The questionnaire is free. You agree to give a real email address so we can send your score. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; see the privacy policy.
